Yesterday was fucked. I got stuck behind my laptop for about 14 hours. Had God's own migraine and my knees were really sore by time I got up for my evening stretches. This morning I walked 2 1/2 miles before sunrise, home, shower, login for work, training, feed the hens, breakfast, research a technical case, played with the dumbbells. Touched base with the customer, then physical therapy for my knees. Then walked to the gym to work back and walked back home. I can't lift like I did six months ago. I push myself, but not enough to aggravate my joints. It's hard for me to find the line without crossing it. I don't do moderation well. I haven't had a drink yet in all of 2023. I definitely won't drink all of January and February. I might not drink until I make my target weight.
