working 2-3 hours clearing woody area ad trimming shrubjbery and trees. Thought about paying for use of the gym for a short period of time to move this weight. How much more satisfying to see my yard come to order, and get the benefit of beauty, physical workout, and money savings by not going to the gym and not payimg someone else to clran up the shrubbery. Very satisfied. And since I am working off several hunfred calories, I get to enjoy eating more of what I want.
Will try to increase my water roday however.
