Weigh-in Monday! Curious when other weigh in? I workout first then weigh-in. I guess I am hoping for a little water lose. As long as your consistant it should.not matter. Most of the week I felt a little flubby...bloated ir just different. Not really sure why. Workouts continue to get stronger and weight continues to drop. Got a new scale to track BMI and Muscle mass. It will give me something else to focus on. I am about ready to join a gym and start adding weights into the routine. I have a bit of a commute on the way home and this maybe a good time to break it up.
