WOOOOHOOOO...this is a total motivator for me to keep doing what I'm doing. I was not exhausting myself with daily exercise. I try to stay with my daily points including flex points. I have read that trick your body to avoid plateau, and that's what I'm doing. But I know the importance of having daily exercise but if I don't get to do one, I don't worry 'coz I am eating healthy and within my points.
