Joined a new meal kit called Hungry Root. This is my first meal, Zesty Shrimp Taco Salad, 300cals

I've been wondering about them. Keep us posted on your thoughts about HR meals! We do Hello Fresh, and I'm very selective with the fit and nutritious options. Been doing it for a long while and we've done well that way.

This one was pretty good. Came with 16pc raw shrimp, container of black bean salsa, box of bibb Lettuce leaves, and Taco seasoning. The salsa was so freaking good. I could have eaten that by itself. The portions you get with Hungry Root are large. The bags of cheese and breads and Tortillas are all full size, so you might use 2 of 8 of the Tortillas for a recipe and have 6 left over to make other things thru the week. The products are all organic and everything was packed nice and super fresh. So far so good! Meal one was a success
