Week 19 begain strong this morning. great 3 mile walk at a 8 incline and 3.7mph. i hit my goal last week of 25 miles of walking outside of work and family. I am pushing hard to get to my first goal 30 days early. then on to goal two and that is another 20lbs by october. That will put me at 60lbs total. I got this.
found Casein protien this weekend and boy do I like having Ice Cream and choc cookies again. the cookies are 55 cal and 5.5g. protien. Perfect 44min. before bed. Here is to a great week to everybody!
