30 days without alcohol. Insomnia sucks. I make sure I eat a cup of cottage cheese before bed so my stomach doesn't keep me awake, but I know it's related to my sobriety. I have an appointment with my VA doctor for 2 weeks from now. I'll ask for something to help me sleep. Hopefully it won't make my head cloudy in the morning.
