Sharon - you are right it is definitely a process! Even though I am not doing what I was doing I can still feel the soreness in the muscles.

OTB - thanks- I feel great and just have to remember that everything is done for a reason and for me that is to prevent injury but keep me strong as I get older.

Diana-Thanks! I took a two week vacation so did not track my macros. It was wonderful but back to reality! I need to get caught up on everyone’s posts!! I am interested to see how things have been going for you.
