Had a nice drop yesterday, but I also went over my self-imposed calorie count of 1200 by 300+. I know we often are disappointed on the scale, and I fully braced myself expecting that. I'm pleased, but honestly a bit baffled. I even re-set the scale thinking it was a fluke (I have a digital one, that if you step on quickly then off, it re-sets). Could the weight Gods on my side for once? I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow right?!
