Went out to eat twice today and I think I did pretty good. I had a grilled chicken salad at a local restaurant. Nothing fancy--literally a garden salad with grilled chicken on top. I used to get this there the last time I was on my diet and it always worked well. I went to my sister's house all day to help her move things and clean. On the way home, we stopped at Applebee's. I checked out the calorie content before ordering. I didn't want another salad. I ordered this steak dish they have with whole grains, a few grape tomatoes and portabello mushrooms. It was more calories than I usually eat for dinner, but still within my limit. I could feel like I was cheating. LOL. I always gain over the weekend, but lose during mid-week. Having a glass of wine right now and winding down from a long fun day. Cleaning is so much fun when you're doing it with someone else.
