Did my cardio party-o and didn’t die today! Lifting is so much easier than cardio for me😂 NSV for sure🙌🏅

Good job! I'm with you! I don't like indoor cardio. I like hiking etc but have been making myself do elliptical or treadmill for 20 min before I weightlift..

Most of my cardio is either riding my recumbent bike and walking. I dislike walking on a treadmill. With a recumbent bike, I can chill and watch a movie while riding.

I do 35 minutes on the treadmill (5 min. cool down) before I do a series of Stretches & Mat exercises including squats with weights. I listen to music while walking & gradually increase the incline. After I do the weight machines, I do 15 to 30 minutes on the bike.

I like outdoor cardio ie running. It’s exhilarating. I like weightlifting too but not as much
