Mike’s biscuits: (6 biscuits)
- [ ] 1.25 cup flour
- [ ] 1 teaspoon baking powder
- [ ] 1/2 teaspoon salt
- [ ] 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- [ ] Combine
- [ ] 1/2 stick frozen butter grated
- [ ] Lightly combine
- [ ] Add 1/2 cup milk
- [ ] Lightly combine completely in bowl
- [ ] Roll / flour / Fold / on floured board, repeat 3 times
- [ ] Cut 1/2 inch thick biscuits
- [ ] Place non stick baking sheet
- [ ] Bake at 475 deg f for 11.0 min
