Lifting weights to build muscle to lose more weight. Walking about 6 miles a day . Drink a lot of coffee and water and unsweetened green tea and black tea . I love making my own fruit smoothie from fruits and just ice or cucumber and watermelon with ice . I’m a big drinker I love coffee!!! I love walking with my family and friends! I love going to super markets just to do 5 laps around the store , malls , Walmart and parks , zoos . Walking is easy on joints , it doesn’t make you over eat . I found it’s easier to plan meals a week ahead even if you don’t prepare ahead of time ! I found it’s easier to walk 2 miles before work and two after work and three after supper or beforehand. I lift weights before walking. I do 50 squats three sets I do 50 crunches or set ups
