I haven't been doing much "journaling" throughout this God-awful illness I had. Note, I said, HAD!! Today I FINALLY walked again--coughed myself to death at the end--but did it!!! And actually pushed myself farther than I usually go! I can't even explain what it was like for me to see my loss at the scales this week-I am newly motivated. More than I even was at the start. I am going to give myself one more week and a visit with my primary doc to keep myself at my current RDI and then I am lowering it! I seriously can't wait to see the results coming from the new blood-work at the end of June...I know that's strange....but ALL of this SWIMMING has GOT to pay off ten-fold!!! :) Just keep swimming, folks, it makes ya' happy!!!
