Another day of not having time to eat in the morning. I made a coffee and grabbed some water and away I went. Finally stopped at this little place in Zephyrhills and had a late lunch with my mom. We will definitely be going back. Instead of the egg and bacon I had it will be their greek salad. Healthy and low carb. It looked really good but I had already ordered my egg over easy. It was called sunrise eatery I think, my mom wolfed her burger down and she normally doesn't. It looked awesome and the fries (she said) tasted great. Would be soon but it's still 45 minutes away from my house. Over 200 miles driven today but it is done for this week, I hope at least. I'm also signing up for the insane inflatable 5k. I want to do 2 5ks this year and that one looks like fun. The other is the color run again. Except this year it won't take me 50 minutes to complete. I did do it though, to almost everyone's surprise except my husband's. He said I was too stubborn not to finish. Very true.
