Day 3 of 28 day challenge. Feeling slightly better, my head is still miffy and asleep from all the pills and congestion. Tried to eat healthy yesterday but with little money it's quite difficult not to eat bread with each meal.
Despite my attempt, my sugar dropped twice on one day, leading to binge eating, which I'm trying to avoid.
So here goes day 4. Gotta fit into my winter clothes!
