From today I'm starting Curves diet. I'm training in Fit Curves ( Bulgarian branche of Curves fittnes) . This diet is rally good, I feel better when I eat in this was. Last 3 months I loose 3 kg, but last weeks thare were many holidays in Bulgarian and I gained few kilograms. I decide that I have to keep my fight with kilograms :) I'm staring from today :) This morning I was 56 kg :/ I will inform u for my weight next week :)
