I have to attend a Luncheon today,, I don't know the Menu and this makes me nervous as I hate to be rude and not eat. I just hope they don't throw on the old faithful Pasta dish, salad and rolls ,, or all I will be having is salad . Ugh . I pray for a meat and vegetable . TYJ ;-)

Thank you ,,well they had a nice spinach salad and a tray of different subs,, a tray of fruit and a tray of cookies . I had 2 servings of the spinach salad and the inside of a sub trying to get some protein , was good but not really enough. was starving by dinner time. But didn't crash,, got through the day ok .
