Agreed! My brain is my worst enemy on this journey! Stupid brain tells me .... "it's ok - you DESERVE a treat" or the ever popular, " you need something sweet "....... Have you ever considered hypnosis? Or acupuncture? 

If it wasn’t 100% mental, weight loss would be much easier.

Ok. I'm on my phone now, but will check in later.... Last year I found a "book" on my Audible app. It was called "hypnotic gastric band" (or something like that). Really - it was just a bunch of affirmations. But it seems like maybe I should start listening again. I am struggling since the holidays..... 

100% agree. your mind will do everything possible to get you to eat too much. that is how you gain weight.

Yes! So true!! And also for me it was learning about what foods fuel me the best and keep me fuller longer! Hard to lose weight when your mental battling starving! Educating myself on power foods helped with my mental strength! 

I’m trying to lose weight I want to lose 10 pounds why I’m on this app and I l8me it a lot just got the app today and I try follow more people on it it say you cannot follow more users at the moment why is it saying that for how may can I follow a day I’m new to this app let me know
