220 today! Getting closer...never listed 220 as a goal, but in my mind it has certainly been one. I started this new journey on June 29th, weighing 233. 218 is where I'm anxiously waiting to arrive, because that is my lowest weight from the past couple of years, but I try to create a mental mini-goal that is very obtainable to focus on, and those are usually 10 lb marks (or in this case it was 13 lbs). If things keep going as they have been, then by next Monday's weigh in I should have reached my 218 goal!
My chicken tacos turned out pretty well yesterday...well enough that I will probably try them from time to time. Today is Sunday, and I'm something of a creature of habit on Sunday...oatmeal for breakfast, either a sandwich or pita pizza for lunch, and tilapia for dinner.
