Hey Low Carbers,, is an evening snack of sugar free Jello still ok on Atkins , I do a little whip,, and a few walnuts . I feel like I am cheating but its so yummy and satisfying .

I say it is absolutely OK .. I do cherry and always keep some stocked for emergencies.. just be sure and log it and dont be like me and go over on the whip and nuts LOL

I did lots of jello on induction minus the whipped cream.

I have it in my fridge. Also helps when I just have to have something sweet. I try not to go overboard on the whipped cream however.

That's good to know. I just found out not to use the Atkins bars to satisfy sweets. I'm trying to learn if you shouldn't use them they shouldn't make them but the jello will be nice even if it isn't chocolate

Thanks for the feedback,, I probably should go a little easier on the whip,, but the walnuts I just do very little,, I am usually low on carbs anyways so it doesn't hurt to much,, I hope .

Jello was one of the first things I ate for dessert a lot in the beginning. That with heavy cream is amazing!
