I still feel like I'm doing a pretty good job! I ate at Costa Vida on Friday ... definitely not the healthiest ... but it was soooo delicious! I ate the whole salad and then yesterday we had chinese. HOLY CRAP ... Orange chicken is so fattening! I guess I should have figured ... but I didn't. But at least I worked out both days rather than not working out and just eating that sort of stuff! Sooo overall I'm happy and I'm still feeling good in my body ... I just hope the scale agrees at my weekly WI tomorrow!
