Well I don't know what's going on here with this weight gain, I'm living well below my bmi daily calorie allowance but seem to have plataued earlier than last time, I know I'm not very active but I was expecting to be losing small amounts slowly, give it another couple of weeks and see what happens, if no change I will have to rethink the amount of food/calories I'm consuming and alter it.
