So in addition to my usual nightly workout I decided to man up and go to the exercise room we have at our apartment complex. No one was there which was nice (it was 11:20PM). I did 15 minutes on the bike and 15 minutes on the elliptical. Wore me out but it felt good to do it. I'll do cardio probably 2-3 times a week. I'm pretty sure no more than that is suggested when trying to build muscle. Anyhoo, fun stuff.
