hey guys. bit of an experiment today. raw v cooked weights. which do you do weigh prior to cooking or weigh on dishing up unless of course your making stews soups or mains but like.a grill up which ? I ask as calories are less per cooked then raw but you macros change quite a bit too.

The packaging normally says if it’s cooked weight according to instructions or as sold, when I do curries,stews etc I divide into equal portions

Hi Jo thanks for your comment I'm referring to when you cook from fresh yourself. Do you before or after cooking?

It varies - usually after cooking as I’m serving my portion.
