Having been on holiday in February, full length mirrors in hotel bathrooms motivated me to get rid of a bit of weight. Started trying at the end of February, and have lost 10 pounds so far by calorie counting, I've used the fatsecret site for info but didn't start tracking properly until the 8th of March. I'm finding the site really helpful, so here's hoping I can get down to my goal weight asap.
