Another week and a start of a Platue. Any tips? average around 1800 cal intake. Burning 3200. I am drinking 80oz water daiky and walking (Hard) for 45-60 5 days per week. I want to loose 7 more lbs before I change and add a gym rotation with weights. Mental goal. last three weeks I had a zero net gain/loss. up lastweek and backdown this week. Hitting my macros almost everyday. Little high in fat yesterday at 61g. Any advice is appreciated.
