Had some potentially bad news health wise today but until tests tell me otherwise ignorance is bliss. Focussing on positives in that right now I feel physically stronger than I have for a long time, my stamina has improved loads and I'm able to hold yoga poses better and for longer than I could when I properly restarted my yoga practice in January and for that I'm truly thankful 😊
