We went to a park today and said a prayer for the fallen before we ate. Then hubby and I took turns doing the 2 mile kayak course set out there. This time I sunscreened, sunscreened, and sunscreened. It was fun and not that hard. I guess going out a lot on the kayak is paying off. It took hubby longer than me to finish. Now my husband, son, and mom are going to the pool but I don't want to push my luck with the sunburn. It's not fully healed yet. Oh well, maybe next time. At least I got the kayaking in and that is great core exercise.
