I have been having difficulty sleeping since Sunday night. Been going to bed at 10PM but stayed awake until around 3AM. I'm really tired now. Hopefully I get a good night sleep tonight.

I hadn't been sleeping well and my doctor recommended 600 mg of Melatonin - it's been working really well for me. Hope you get a good night's sleep tonight!
