I make my own turkey breakfast sausage—so much better for me than commercial sausage. It also makes a terrific “hamburger”. I actually prefer it to beef

Sausage and gravy. Two of the best things on the planet. I also like sausage better than beef.

WillB -- I try to work in avocado for healthy fats, fiber, and potassium, plus it tastes amazing. Might seem odd on sausage, but if I ate meat, I'd definitely try it. I do sometimes mash up avocado and put it on salmon patties, and it's delicious
