Haven't done well with my diet this week, at all. I've eaten things I normally don't eat--the Holiday was here. Went into work today with full intentions of only eating my salad and celery at the party. I brought kielbasa bites, there was pizza pie, pasta salad, macaroni, tuna--an assortment of food. I decided I was going to join in. I wasn't "crazy," but I did try a little of everything, which I am sure put me over my calories. Took my daughter out clothes shopping and that was a work-out in itself. Walked the entire mall, she tried on clothes--nothing. Got in the car, went to Kohl's, walked all over and she found what she wanted. Went to Walmart for my solar lights. Came home, walked one of my dogs (started to walk the other, but saw lightening). Buzzzz..buzzzz...Buzzzzz.....off went my FitBit. I put in my 10,000 steps for today. Sooooo...I'm not eating as good as I should (need to get back on track), however....I am walking! Hoping to add situps to my routine this week.
