Yippee, it stopped raining for the day and we got to play golf. I played my best game ever! It even got hot! I am trying to maintain and everything seems to be going well. The things I have been eating have been satisfying and my calories are staying low to moderate. Sometimes my carbs are a little high. The Atkins site isn't functioning right now to my satisfaction so I am depending on my fatsecret friends to give me a motivational boost.
