Back down to 218.4...it's a game I've been playing all week. lol Up, down, back up, back down. No idea where I'll land on weigh in day tomorrow. Still hoping for my 218.

Had salmon for dinner last night, opting for tilapia tonight. More fish than I usually care for, but it's healthy, quick, and simple...that's what I need this weekend, as I have a friend in the hospital with serious health problems (undergoing surgery on Monday) and I'm trying to be of help there or at least spend time with her.

We need to rest and of course don't have to lose *every* week. You are doing so well and deserve a break. I think it's good to get the body used to being at a certain weight, pause, and then resume. Instead of going straight down, a sort "ladder" pattern on the chart is probably best and much less stressful. Keep up the excellent work!

Sorry to hear about your friend. I am sure you are a support to her. It will be interesting to see what the scale reports tomorrow, but whatever it reports KNOW that you are making excellent progress and treating yourself with kindness and respect.
