Had salmon for dinner last night, opting for tilapia tonight. More fish than I usually care for, but it's healthy, quick, and simple...that's what I need this weekend, as I have a friend in the hospital with serious health problems (undergoing surgery on Monday) and I'm trying to be of help there or at least spend time with her.
