I'm only able to get on at work I notice The more I get on & explore I'm seeing people log in everything they do on a daliy base. While the whole time I've only put in my exercise for that day.
So this month since I'm doing 10,000 steps at work (Mon-Fri) i'll be putting in my caliore count from my phone pedometer for this month.

There is a FS app you could use on your phone to enter your food and exercise if you can't get to a computer. I found it has helped me a lot to track what I eat.
