1st goal -lose 50lbs - lose 14 more pounds by July -34 more to get to 180 by Sept 30
My refection of this past week: Lots of Prayer Watched my mindset I wasn’t as intentional with my 3 x a week 30 to 60 min exercise. I didn’t hike at the park as much as I did the week before. I hope the weather is good and I can do that more this week. However, I made it to the gym some. I’ll do better this week.
Food planning- This week was too hectic and I didn’t have a good margin. Food planning goes well when I make it to F.T. to get good produce and keep good fruits and vegetables handy. There was even one crazy morning when I forgot my lunch… I did okay journaling my food. Although there were a few things I had trouble figuring out how to count, but that was because of the recipe, packaging or not weighing it correctly.
From last week: What should my healthy weight goal be? According to all the charts and info I’ve read this week, I’m thinking my weight goal probably needs to be under 128. I don’t have to decide now. I’ve decided to just focus on my first goal.
This week: Be intentional about exercise-put it in my calendar…
