Been away on vacation for 10 days, and I had a plan for my return: Go right back on my healthy eating plan and don't dare get on the scale until Mid-May. I thought it might be difficult, but I got a little "push." I got food poisoning on Saturday and still can't eat anything but oatmeal and baked potato. I tried a relatively non-offensive Lean Cuisine -- roast turkey with apple compote -- for lunch, but I had indigestion for several hours after that. So I did baked potato with cottage cheese for dinner. You never know, if this keeps up, I may make up for all the food in California in a matter of days!
