Good Sunday Morning Beautiful People ,, I wanted to tell you all how awesome you are all doing on your nutrition and fitness plans , your all Just rocking it and you all inspire the heck out of me . Its a gorgeous day here in upstate Ny ,, I hope as well where ever you are . Make it a great day , I challenge you to do something nice for someone today and I want to hear about it . I loved reading your post today. This is my firat time here, im still trying to figure out everything here. I am still kind of in shock over my weight gain. Ive never weight as much as I do now, except when I was pregnant. But alot of life changes and stress since 2010. But I am trying to follow Gods lead, and get my life back on track. My goal is 40 pounds, but also eating healthy. Anyways, thank u for all the inspiration. God bless I hope u have a great day.

I, too, took a little quiet time to thank God this morning for the beauty of the day and my many blessings. Enjoy your day and you will do fine with the cake. Visualize something horribly wrong with it and you won't want to eat a bite...LOL.

I did it,, I didn't eat the cupcakes, the cookies or the brownie . It was a beautiful Shower with a beautiful Buffet that I managed to get around perfectly and stayed on plan . Thanks for the motivation Friends !

Oh and I told a friend how beautiful she looked ,,as she indeed did,, and Her face Lit up with a smile !! and I even helped carry in the cookies and cupcakes at the shower,, sat them on the table,, and walked away,, thats what I did nice for myself :-)
