I've had GI issues for a few years now, since I became a nurse and I've got to a GI Dr and they did tests and didn't really find anything much. They found a couple diverticula, but they were small. They tested for celiac and lactose intolerant, but both were neg. I looked up my symptoms and have come to the conclusion that I have IBS. I guess I been having a what they call flare up, because it's getting worse. I'm going to try to follow the FODMAP diet, which will be hard, because I'm a picky eater. Do you know how frustrating it is to constantly have to run to the bathroom all day and constantly feel like you have to go and be scared you're going to go on yourself? I looked it up and this is why I'm having trouble building muscle and losing the last little bit of body fat. I should be able to lift heavier, have more muscle and be a little skinnier by now. This is so frustrating and it's a chronic disease and the only thing you can do is try to manage symptoms.

I got the same issue and the solutions I found were like this. Walking like 20-30 minutes everyday. Drinking ginger tea (regulates small intestine movements and kills some of the yeast). The FODMAP diet, to reduce the sugars which causes the farts. I read and watched people doing the FODMAP and for some pwople it didn't work. Reducing carbs in general and increasing the veggies is another one. There was also a sort of pill that dissolves the homes of the germs nesting in the gut. That one can be quite legit. It's been a while and I can't totally remember, but these are my 2 cents for u.

My sweet nurse!! ❤️🌺 What a bummer to be troubled with that, you’re so busy and that should not have to be a worry!!! The best news is they didn’t find anything wrong, so now all you have to deal with is figuring out what to do to make your bowels happy again. Blessings to you, and hope you get cured soon!🤗

I used to have IBS and they could never figure out what was wrong but after my complete hysterectomy it is totally gone. Ended up I had endometriosis so bad that the doctor said it looked like someone poured cement in my gut. They removed it all and never had any issues again!

Thank y'all. I ordered a probiotic that I'm waiting to come in the mail. Ill research some other vitamins if that doesn't help. I do take calcium and a multivitamin
