Maybe if I make a journal once a day, I'll have a better chance of keeping on track.

Yesterday didn't go so well (2000+ calories). I bought this small container of dried pineapple from publix yesterday, and ended up eating the whole thing. o.O That counts as fruit, right? :p

On the plus side, I did eat real fruit (I had some strawberries). I'll probably have more today. I added some whip cream to them, but I'm not sure how to measure it since it comes out of one of those cans. I just put a little dab on each strawberry though, so I'm sure it can't be too bad.

Still didn't go running yesterday, so here's to hoping I run today. :D

Yesterday's gone, today is here, so make today better. I love dried fruit, but there's so much extra sugar, sneaky devils! Good luck today!!

Any dried fruit usually has lots of sugars in it. I have found V8 juice works as a good snack and it is vegetables not fruit or sugar. Daily entries: Great idea.
