I'm planning out my menu for today. My calories for the day look to be around 1325. The two low carb, whole grain tortillas I plan for my tacos are 160 of those calories. If I drop those tortillas...and serve my taco fixin's on lettuce, like a salad, I would get my veggies. But, my calories would end up rather low. Interesting dilemma to have, but it seems to happen to me pretty often. I could have a glass of wine, adding 195 calories back in, to 1360...and it's not like I really need much encouragement to have a glass of wine. This is like a little math game. :-)
