I want to share with you the idea that you should not be afraid to overeat once or twice a week, and count every gram on your plate.
take care of your mental health and don’t scold yourself, just continue the next day as it was, you don’t need to run another kilometer of a run to burn what you have eaten, or do an additional set in the simulator.
by my own example, I can say that 5 days a week I keep a calorie intake of no more than 1700-1800 calories.
but on weekends, I calmly allow myself to eat a norm, and even a little more, sometimes reaching 3000 calories if it's some kind of holiday or alcohol is included.
while on Sunday evening I can weigh up to 99 kg.
but from Monday I control my nutrition again, and by Wednesday - Thursday my weight again goes to 95-94, + I lose an average of 200-300g per week. thus continuing my goal.
