Switching out the latte for regular coffee this morning. Back to tracking but I struggle with getting enough protein to not feel hungry all the time.

I added cafe late premier protein to my coffee with ice. Yum! Caffeine & Protein!

honestly, i understand the struggle too!! percentage wise, chicken is in the 90% range made up of protein so you arent getting too much fat compared to pork/beef. we are fam of 4 and buy the frozen chicken breast and keep 2/3 breasts in freezer bag in fridge to thaw and cook up. Protein shakes help too! Smoothies take time to made but yummy! beans have protein too. let us know how it goes!!

Bone broth offers a decent amount of protein for a small amount of calories. I’m quasi vegetarian for 30 years but forced myself to drink beef bone broth last summer to help with hunger and additional protein. I used dr. Kelly Anne brand but there are lots out there

Atkins high protein bars help me tremendously. They taste great, low calorie count and high in protein. They are very filling.

I have used bone broth before when trying to do intermittent fasting … it does make you feel full. This reminds me to get some for my current journey. I used to keep some in my desk at work so when everyone else was eating cake, I could sip the broth and get past the craving of wanting to join in on the cake eating!

Protein Powder works great every AM in our coffee. We use Orgain from Costco 1 scoop of chocolate & 1 scoop of strawberry & it's delicious!

I forget about bone broth too! Great idea! My new protein powder was pretty good by itself yesterday but I'm going to add fruit to my smoothie today to get those extra nutrients.

Yea that's my issue. I'm pescatarian but try not to eat fish everyday.

I drink Fairlife protein shake real milk gluten free lactose free tastes good not chalky Dr recommended to me for stomach issues and weight loss...works I find I drink half bottle a day rest is regular healthy foods

my checklist for protein is chicken/fish, dairy and nuts. i add eggs if the goal is not met. this is centered around recipes that fits having 5 fruits and veg a day.
