LOL UGH! Now today finding can't trust my scale up down up down.... lol is all I can do. I'm waiting till the 23rd to weigh in. Finding things move along pretty good when I'm concentrated on salads, vegetables (little starches/fats), but when I have more than just a little starches/fats seems every thing and I mean every thing goes the wrong way. My body seems to want to plateau, backup, bloat, not lose,and crave anything and every thing. Need to make another pot of Cabbage soup for the week or more. Keep climbing.

Some of us (MYSELF included) apparently cannot have very many starchy carbs AT ALL...Frosty Heimdall wrote an answer a couple of days ago ( I think to a question in a GROUP Post that tells why it slows us down)...I will do a cut and paste and send it to you via Message...ONCE I find it...In the meantime, do try to stick with low carb healthy choices...and yes, VERY disappointing NOT to be able to have a sandwich made from whole wheat bread once in a while...BUT that is the reality for me right NOW....Keep on Keeping on Buddy....You are doing well....just keep on journaling, please, and sharing your journey (THE CLIMB up the mountain) with us....THANKS :)
