Well I am up 2 pounds but I am ok with that. I have also been tracking my inches lost and I have lost 12.5 total inches this week. I have lost 3.5 just from my waist. I love seeing that kind of progress. It makes me really happy. I am feeling stronger and better overall. I can not wait to see what kind of numbers I see next week.
