JB the most significant change was increasing strength training. I lost a small amount of weight and have always eaten a nutrient rich diet. Paying attention to portion control and adding strength training 2-3 times per week, increasing weight each time has been the game changer. It’s hard because I love cardio and hate strength training. So boring!!!! So I enjoy walking, Zumba, and other forms of cardio daily and force myself to also include the strength training.
