Back down today!!! Got the chance to walk and roll 1 1/4 miles this morning between raindrops. My doctor says its like me walking a mile on my hands. And when I got done this morning I felt like it too. Humidity is way up with the storm in the gulf and makes it harder for me to breath (COPD). News of my BFF in intensive care this morning. She is 900 miles from me and I have to be especially careful as I stress eat. Started the day off with oatmeal and blueberries. That should slow it down some and plan to stay busy today. My husband has been so supportive and we eat and exercise together and are working on our weight loss together. He has lost 12 pounds so far and I seesaw. I am trying to keep my intake at or below the 1400 calories suggested with more fruits and veggies today.
