So I didn't succeed with last weekend's goal of NOT gaining back the weight, but at least I can say I didn't gain ALL of it back, LOL! Now comes the slow climb of shedding that weekend weight, & hopefully it will take another lb or 2 with it. Already lost 2 lbs of that regain, so halfway there already. It was a net loss of 1 lb, and that's still progress! Hang in there, everybody!
