I'm pretty happy about how the scale and my body are doing!! YAY! My workout buddy is in Orlando but I've still been getting at it. Work has been busy so I've been doing the weights and treadmill at home. So ---- now ---- gotta find a good recipe for Kat's crock pot challenge! My only problem I had this weekend looking over recipes was that there weren't too many for 8-9 hours and that's how long I am gone for work. I don't want to over cook it and it get all mushy or whatever. :( But that was just one book so I will continue the search online...or just do a meal on the weekend when I can monitor it. :) My department & 1 other is hosting a LUAU at work on Thursday...I am making Pina Colada Cupcakes (not diet friendly) and teriyaki meatballs. I like to bake but don't have a problem too much about eating my creations! lol! I MAY have to try one of these...crushed pineapple inside, rum extract, coconut...etc. I read the nutritional facts on the recipe....if I plan it out right I can have ONE! Hehehe.
