Ok, so I'm officially 15 kgs down. Another 53kg to go. I've got to stay focused on the goal. I might not reach it in 6 months and that is 100% FINEEEE. I need to learn to be patient on this journey and learn a few things along the way! I've been struggling with hypo's between 4am-6am daily and it's not good for my calorie consumption or my sleep quality! So tonight I'm trying something different. I already lowered my night-time insulin by 6 units - but that didnt help much this morning. So I'm reducing it again tonight. We have to get this right!! I am not going to Thailand in 2 week's time without being 127kg!!! 5kg to goooo.
